Update from Irene Allen-Block: This past Saturday 3rd September I returned to the location, on-site with myself were Brian and Jamie who had travelled down from London for this night's investigation.

On entering the shop floor immediately I noticed the difference this night to the previous investigation, the whole place felt calm, peaceful in fact. This often happens but I know better then to trust this as it can flare up at any time.

We linked up on Skype with the team in the USA then proceeded to do the investigation. The atmosphere in the shop and also the cellars remained the same and I began to think if there was a negative energy or any energy in fact around this night then it was more then likely keeping itself to the living quarters upstairs, unfortunately we could not get up there as the client was out.

Recorders and cameras were placed in different areas in the shop and the cellar... and beside the odd orb nothing at this point had seemed to of shown itself. Deciding to sit down at one of the tables Brian started to call out as he was doing this we all sat quietly at the same table and listened as soon as he asked for it to make a noise of some kind audible loud bangs about 6 of them could be heard coming from upstairs in the empty living quarters.

NOTE: here is the audio of the banging heard in the cellar...there are 2 voice EVPs preceding it that both sound like 'pissed': Neath, Wales - 9/3/2011 - cellar

Jamie at one time took one of the cameras to the top of the stone steps that led down to the cellar rooms, directly at the bottom of the steps was the entrance to the tunnel that leads out under the road. I was at this moment talking to one of my team out in the USA by Skype when he excitedly called out to me to come and look.

What Jamie could see on the camera screen was what he described as a man that looked as if he had a beard standing on the lower steps looking up in his direction as he watched it seemed to move up a step or two. Looking at the screen myself I could see the outline of something moving but unfortunately my eyes are not as young as Jamie. Hopefully Lon can detect it.

Several of the team on Skype heard noises and the odd EVP but all in all it was a quiet night and nothing else happened so we decided to pack up early and go back home.

Monday following I received a call from the client who told me that things seemed to have hotted up that day, while serving in the shop his girlfriend had her hair pulled and he himself had been attacked when he had gone into the cellars to get a screwdriver. The room down there that he had entered looked misty the next thing that happened he felt as if he was being choked like something was trying to strangle him. Running up in a panic from the cellar he went straight over to his partner to relate to him what had happened it was noticeable by all that my client was covered with what he described as red blotches on his face and chest.

When we reviewed the recordings etc we have caught a few EVPs, Lon is still trawling through everything for any more evidence.

NOTE: I was able to find a few more EVPs that are now posted on the forum. The video is still being looked at though there is some movement in it...in fact the movement appears on 2 different videos that were taken at approximately the same time in close proximity. Will have an update soon...Lon

Lake Havasu close encounter

Lake Havasu, AZ: ok, well I've never spoke of this outside my family. But this has haunted me for years. I cannot explain what I saw, because for years I have listened to other reports and have never heard of any other experience like I had. First of all, I am an above average intelligent person, with common sense and problem solving skills. But I still cannot reconcile what i saw.
I lived in Lake Havasu, AZ 93-94. what i went thru caused me to pack up my entire house and leave overnite, and move an entire state away. At first I tried to talk about it to others, but after much ridicule, I stopped and kept it to myself.
But now, for some reason, my senses are begging me to reach out. In fact I am so frightned of what I experienced that I only mention the high points of my experience to see if anyone has had anything similar.
so, for my own piece of mind I"ll give this one last try:
Just for the record the security officer at my work put in his official nightly report an ufo experience for the same night. It was not like mine. My experience happened over my home. also more to this, not willing to put here. my daughter was only 3 at the time.
Dusk, vacuum of silence, cloaked, immense, capital letter I, slow moving, low orbit(maybe 40 stories) lit from within 4 half globes each side just inside of the ends. things were milling around inside. The embryonic, electrical smell.
2 weeks later. came home to look thru my front window to see someone or something (dark figure) running out the back kitchen door. packed up that night and moved out of state the next morning.
since then, I feel watched. a spooky kinda feeling. night terrors and sweats, and still to his day experience the strangest things. almost what some would call a haunting. oh I just want to put this to bed. if anyone out there has had anything like this happen to them, i just need validation. thx - MUFON CMS

'Sleeper' demon

Illinois - unedited: Like any other morning ritual opened the living room window blinds for daylight. Found mysterious and unusually large white imprint. An eerie feeling I felt immediately. Such a large wing suggesting a wingspan around 6-8 feet. Large body imprint and ratio to wingspan. That path of observation concluded with an unnerving reaction to its head. It looked evil and demonic. The pointed ears. Its eyes. If it wasn't for what I am about to say next I would have never taken this investigation this far.

My eyes are seeing what looks like "teeth"!! Yes teeth!!!

Wishing to document this I took digital camera shots from different interior angles for better definition. Instinctively I then got the outside water hose to erase it. Found no feathers below elevated PW.

Then took camera sim card to a major TV store. Wanted the best LCD resolution for enhancement and largest TV size for scale to my 72" X 60" picture window. Technician implemented and confirmation was made of teeth. Moreso fellow workers where shocked by its evil and demonic look too. This is my UFO and it desperately needs identification especially when the viewing audience all agrees.

Please notice that the different camera angles somehow give a different look to the static image. Almost holographic.

Incidentally I told my story to the neighbor. He too had an encounter. Briefly saw it and heard its large flapping wings. Quickly ran inside and prayed with his Mexican wife. The catholic cemetery borders both our backyards. Asked church for blessing but they declined. Went the opposite to a psychic and she said "a sleeper demon" entered the house. - MUFON CMS - NOTE: Image file was compromised

Woman dies after injecting hot beef fat into her face

A Homewood woman died Thursday shortly after injecting heated beef fat into her face, but the injection did not cause her death, authorities said.

An autopsy Friday determined that 63-year-old Janet Hardt died of peritonitis, a severe abdominal inflammation caused by a bacterial infection, according to the Cook County medical examiner's office.

Infections in her face from the injections did not lead to her death, which was ruled natural, officials with the medical examiner's office said.

Family members told authorities Hardt had undergone multiple cosmetic surgeries to her face and neck. A short time before she died, she injected the heated beef fat into her face around her mouth and chin. Authorities said she apparently performed the procedure on several occasions in an attempt to simulate Botox, which reduces wrinkling.

Hardt had infections in her mouth and lip as well as scarring from the injections, sources said.

On Thursday, Hardt went to the hospital after complaining that her face felt like it was burning, sources said. - suntimes

Man asks neighbor for permission to dump body in trash can

Tacoma police say a man suspected of dumping a body in a trash can asked his neighbors for permission before placing the corpse in the receptacle.

Police spokesman officer Mark Fulghum says after the 20-year-old suspect talked to his neighbors, they went to the trash can in the 500 block of East 36th Street and saw the victim's body. Fulghum says the couple left the area, spotted two gang unit officers nearby and told them about the body and their neighbor's request to use the trash can to dispose of it. As the officers were investigating, the suspect walked out of a nearby residence and was taken into custody.

A woman who asked KIRO 7 not to use her name or show her face out of fear of repercussions said her next-door neighbor came to her home and asked her to help him dispose of a body.

"(He asked) if we would help him, that he just killed somebody and there was a dead body in his house, and if we would help him dispose of the body in the trash can in the alley," she said. "He was really calm and laughing about it, so we thought it was a joke at first."

The woman said her friend found the body in her trash can a short time later, when she said the suspect opened the lid as she was waiting to put some garbage inside.

"He lifted the lid and that's when she saw the body in there," the woman said of her friend. "(He said) 'What do you think of this?' I think it's absolutely bizarre."

Fulghum says the suspect admitted putting the dead man in the trash can, but has given three or four different versions about what happened.

"He's given a few different variations of what took place," Fulghum said. "So right now, we've got to sort out those and match the evidence and get the true story."

The Pierce County medical examiner is performing an autopsy Thursday to determine the cause of death. Fulghum says the victim's identification has not been confirmed yet.

The suspect has been booked into the Pierce County Jail on suspicion of murder. He's expected to make his first court appearance Friday afternoon. - kirotv

'Vampire' woman attacks elderly man in Florida

A Florida woman who allegedly claimed to be a vampire has been charged with battery after violently biting a man in a wheelchair on his face and arms, police said on Friday.

Milton Ellis, 69, told police in St. Petersburg, Florida, that he and Josephine Smith, 22, met on the street and went to the porch of a vacant restaurant to get out of the rain. He said he fell asleep in his motorized wheelchair and woke up to find Smith on top of him.

Ellis told authorities that she said, "I'm a vampire. I am going to eat you" and then began to bite him.

According to a police affidavit, Ellis was bitten on his arm and lips, leaving him bloody before he was able to escape and call police. He was later treated with stitches at a local hospital and released.

After arriving at the scene, police said they found Smith bloody and half-naked nearby, but that she had no memory of what happened and did not identify herself as a vampire, St. Petersburg Police spokesman Mike Puetz said.

Smith, who was arrested early on Thursday, is currently being held in detention with bail set at $50,000 - Yahoo

Shapeshifting UFO reported over Jackson, NJ

Object seen while traveling west on highway 195, east of exit 22 over a housing development named the Plantation. It was a grey day with possible rain but the ceiling was high with no visible clouds. The object was noticed first by my father and myself. It looked like a classic diamond shaped kite black in color but a very very high altitude. We knew there wasn't an open area large enough to fly a kite so high except maybe this new housing development. So being curious and objectively scientific with an explanation as to where this could be from. My father exited the highway which was our turnoff to go home anyway. At this time the rest of my family in our vehicle were watching the object. My mother, sister, brother,aunt and cousin were present. The housing development turned out to be empty and not open enough to fly a kite. We stopped to watch and try to figure out where this apparent kite was being flown from. While watching, the object started to move around almost instantly from point to point. It was very very fast. The distance of travel was at least a hundred yards in any given direction with no clear path. Each movement was within a several hundred yard radius. This lasted a minute or two then its altitude dropped by about half and the object started to change shape. It changed several times into several different shapes while continuing to move around in the same radius. Shapes were the kite diamond then triangle, square and rectangle. After shape changing for a few minutes, it stopped and multiplied into three objects and proceeded to move around again with the three objects in unison and pattern. Shape change happened again into same shape patterns remaining in unison with movement and type of shape changing. After several more minutes it stopped and absorbed back into one object which kept the triangular shape. It now moved very high up and seemed to disappear from everyones sight except for my mothers. For the next 30 seconds she was the only one who could see the object. It then disappeared from her sight and my cousin was now the only one who could see the object. After about 30 seconds it completely disappeared from his sight and never reappeared. This event has to be the only thing that my father or my brother and I have not been able to scientifically explain or dismiss. I myself have suffered no effects psychologicaly or otherwise and neither has anyone who witnessed the object except for my cousin. Several years after the event he denied ever seeing or being present when it happened and still denies it to this day.

This case is under investigation by Ken Pfeifer MUFON New Jersey.

Majority of 9/11 Commission Report Remains Sealed at the National Archives

Ten years after al Qaeda's attack on the United States, the vast majority of the 9/11 Commission's investigative records remain sealed at the National Archives in Washington, even though the commission had directed the archives to make most of the material public in 2009, Reuters has learned.

The National Archives' failure to release the material presents a hurdle for historians and others seeking to plumb one of the most dramatic events in modern American history.

The 575 cubic feet of records were in large part the basis for the commission's public report, issued July 22, 2004. The commission, formally known as the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, was established by Congress in late 2002 to investigate the events leading up to the 9/11 attacks, the pre-attack effectiveness of intelligence agencies and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the government's emergency response.

In a Reuters interview this week, Matt Fulgham, assistant director of the archives' center for legislative affairs which has oversight of the commission documents, said that more than a third of the material has been reviewed for possible release. But many of those documents have been withheld or heavily redacted, and the released material includes documents that already were in the public domain, such as press articles.

Commission items still not public include a 30-page summary of an April 29, 2004 interview by all 10 commissioners with President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney, conducted in the White House's Oval Office. This was the only time the two were formally questioned about the events surrounding the attacks. The information could shed light on public accounts the two men have given in recent weeks of their actions around the time of the attacks.

Several former commission staff members said that because there is no comprehensive effort to unseal the remaining material, portions of the records the commission had hoped would be available by now to scholars and the public instead will remain sealed indefinitely.

In 2004 Commission Chairman Thomas Kean said publicly that he was eager for most of the records to be released as quickly as possible. In a Reuters interview last week, Kean said he was not aware until told by Reuters that only a small portion of the records have since been unsealed, and he saw no justification for withholding most of the unreleased material.

Kean said the commissioners had agreed on the January 2, 2009 date for release so that the material would not come out until after the 2008 elections. "We didn't want it to become a political football," he said.

But he added: "It should all be available now... We (commissioners) all felt that there's nothing in the records that that shouldn't be available" once the election had passed.

STILL CLASSIFIED

The still-sealed documents contain source material on subjects ranging from actions by President Bush on the day of the attacks to the Clinton White House's earlier response to growing threats from al Qaeda - information that in some instances was omitted from the 2004 report because of partisan battles among the commissioners.

The sealed material also includes vast amounts of information on al Qaeda and U.S. intelligence efforts in the years preceding the attacks.

Shortly before the commission ceased to exist in August 2004, it turned over all of its records to the archives. In a letter dated August 20, 2004, the commission's chairman and vice chairman instructed the archives to make the material public "to the greatest extent possible" on January 2, 2009, "or as soon thereafter as possible."

Philip Zelikow, who was the commission's staff director, said the summary "could be declassified in full without any harm to national security." Zelikow, a historian at the University of Virginia who for a time also was a top adviser to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, said the same is true for a 7,000-word summary he helped prepare for the commission of daily presidential intelligence briefings from 1998 through the attack. He said the summary would be a boon to scholars studying the history of U.S. intelligence work.

Stephanie Kaplan, a former commission staff member who is now working on a Ph.D. dissertation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on al Qaeda, said she has had to rely heavily on other sources because so little of the commission data is public.

Fulgham said that in preparation for the 2009 deadline, the archives assigned additional employees for some months to help prepare disclosure of an initial batch of records. But since then the effort has ground to a halt, in part because of a shortage of personnel and the difficulty of dealing with classified material, Fulgham said.

He said another big problem is that roughly two-thirds of the commission material remains classified by the agencies that gave it to the commission.

In its 2004 letter, the commission had asked the archives to submit all classified material to the agencies that created the documents to review them for declassification. But Fulgham said the archives has not done so. He said there was little point in asking agencies such as the CIA and State Department to declassify the material because they already are swamped evaluating other, much older material for release, in part in response to a presidential order to declassify as many records as possible that are at least 25 years old.

Scholars and public-interest organizations that focus on foreign policy and national security have long complained that the government classifies far more material than necessary.

Kean said when he headed the commission, "Most of what I read that was classified shouldn't have been." He said. "Easily 60 percent of the classified documents have no reason to be classified - none."

Kristen Wilhelm, the sole archives official now assigned to review the commission documents, said in an interview that the records agency has focused on releasing material created by the commission itself, such as "memoranda for the record" in which commission staff summarized research and interviews. She said the archives decided to emphasize releasing that material because it is the only possible source for it.

Wilhelm said she now mainly just responds to individual requests for information, and in most instances refers applicants to the agencies that created the documents rather than working to unseal the material herself. She said researchers could file Freedom of Information Act requests with individual federal agencies for documents they had turned over to the commission.

Commission records held by the Archives itself are exempt from FOIA because the commission was established by Congress and the legislative branch records are exempt from FOIA.

Some of the material now public is posted on the archives website, particularly the staff-written memoranda and transcripts of some commission interviews. But Wilhelm said most of the released material can be viewed only at the archives' headquarters.

John Berger, an author who maintains a website of terrorism and 9/11-related documents, said the failure to release more material is bad for the country because scholars and journalists are often able to analyze such material in depth, producing valuable insights.

"You can point to things produced from declassified documents that help our understanding and the government's understanding of urgent problems," he said. - rawstory
