What Really Happened in the 1979 Dulce Firefight?

Posted: 10 Apr 2010 02:24 PM PDT

Phil Schneider, supposedly one of three people who survived the 1979 Dulce firefight between the large Greys, US intelligence and military at the Dulce underground base, was found dead on January 1996, due to what was said to be an execution style murder. He was found dead in his apartment with a piano wire wrapped around his neck. According to some sources, it appeared that he repeatedly suffered torture before he was finally killed. You can read his story here - The Mysterious Life and Death of Philip Schneider. There have been numerous questions surrounding Schneider, in particular his motives and state of mind. Seven months prior to his death, he stated the following during a lecture:

"To give you an overview of basically what I am, I started off and went through engineering school. Half of my schooling was in that field and I built up a reputation for being a geological engineer, as well as a structural engineer with both military and aerospace applications. I have helped build two main bases in the United States that have some significance as far as what is called the New World Order. The first base is the one at Dulce, New Mexico."

"Back in 1954, under the Eisenhower administration, the federal government decided to circumvent the Constitution of the United States and form a treaty with alien entities. It was called the 1954 Greada Treaty, which basically made the agreement that the aliens involved could take a few cows and test their implanting techniques on a few human beings, but that they had to give details about the people involved. An insider's account of the treaty meeting is posted here - President Eisenhower's Close Encounter at Holloman AFB. Slowly, the aliens altered the bargain until they decided they wouldn't abide by it at all. Back in 1979, this was the reality, and the fire-fight at Dulce occurred quite by accident. I was involved in building an addition to the deep underground military base at Dulce, which is probably the deepest base. It goes down seven levels and over 2.5 miles deep. At that particular time, we had drilled four distinct holes in the desert, and we were going to link them together and blow out large sections at a time. My job was to go down the holes and check the rock samples, and recommend the explosive to deal with the particular rock. As I was headed down there, we found ourselves amidst a large cavern that was full of outer-space aliens, otherwise known as large Greys. I shot two of them. At that time, there were 30 people down there. About 40 more came down after this started, and all of them got killed. We had surprised a whole underground base of existing aliens. Later, we found out that they had been living on our planet for a long time, perhaps a million years. This could explain a lot of what is behind the theory of ancient astronauts."

What was the Dulce firefight...really? From information I have gathered, in 1979, a Grey was giving a lecture to an unknown determined number of scientists. During the lecture, a security officer came into the area with a sidearm on his belt. It was strictly forbidden to carry any weapons of any kind anywhere in the vicinity of the Greys. The security officer was instantly killed by the Grey. Other security personnel, witnessing what was happening in that room on the security cameras, came to retaliate. The Grey, according to the information, allegedly killed everybody. The manner in which the Grey killed these people has not been disclosed but was noted that the cause of deaths were 'head wounds'. The approximate number killed was just over 60 scientists and security.

Because of the nature of the sources, I believe the story to be essentially true though most of the information is third hand. It was, for the most part, an unfortunate accident and was classified as such.

Phil Schneider's interpretation of the event involved him which, from what I have gathered, is not true. Schneider stated in the lecture "...I got shot in the chest with one of their weapons, which was a box on their body, that blew a hole in me and gave me a nasty dose of cobalt radiation. I have had cancer because of that." He tells a very good 'story', but embellishes the facts as is the case in many of his recollections. I'm not saying that he is completely without fact, but it's hard to discern the truth when so much hyperbole is added.

What is the status of Dulce Base today? Your guess is as good as mine but strange activity has been seen and documented over the years. I covered some of the theories here - Dulce Conference Ends / The Dulce Report which includes the full 'UFO Hunters' Dulce investigation episode.

NOTE: the following is an excellent article on underground bases - Underground Bases, Missing Children and Extra-Terrestrials What You Need to Know for Your Future. What are your thoughts on Dulce in particular and underground bases in general?..Lon

Tales of the Pontianak

Posted: 10 Apr 2010 12:13 PM PDT

brunei.fm - Ghost stories have for centuries crossed boundaries of language and culture, transcending the barriers of the paranormal world and ours. It has fascinated, intrigued and even cast intense fear in the minds of some as people continue to debate and ponder whether these paranormal entities do in fact exist. Delving deeper into the mystical world, I discovered that our nation is no exception to these strange occurrences. This first chapter could possibly shed more light on the existence of a realm for the supernatural.

THE HAUNTED HIGHWAY

'Pontianaks' or vampires are basically the most notorious group of paranormal entities and their popularity is evident through their portrayals in horror films and fiction movies. In this story, Ahmad, a man in his mid-twenties, claims to have encountered these strange entities while driving home from Tutong Town. This unfortunate incident triggered months of restlessness and paranoia but yet here, he recalls the sequence of events leading up to that fateful night as he faced his worst nightmare.

Driving down the highway, Ahmad tried to adjust his focus and eyes on the road as fatigue and lethargy took control of his body. The long working hours at his new job had taken its toll and left him practically exhausted. After several failed attempts to keep himself awake, Ahmad finally gave in and decided to stop at the side of the road to get some shuteye before continuing his journey. As he turned to make a stop, his eyes caught sight of a strange looking 'object' in the middle of the road that seemed to resemble a log but simply shrugged it off as nothing out of the ordinary. However, as Ahmad peered closer at the weird object, he could make up some facial features but it was too dark to tell whether his imagination was beginning to run wild. Despite the warning which echoed in his mind to 'run away', he simply refused to steer clear of whatever was on that road.

Curiosity got the better of him and he took out a torch light out of the glove compartment to investigate what it really was. As Ahmad approached the 'object', it laid so disturbingly still as if waiting to strike. He suddenly stood frozen in his tracks as the 'mysterious object' lifted its head slowly in his direction and let out an ear-piercing cry. Fear overtook the very core of Ahmad's mind and he knew instantly what the 'strange' object was. He struggled to summon his inner strength to face the terror staring him right in the eye. "This was something that you could only see in horror films," Ahmad said. He watched the terror unfold as the paranormal entity, commonly known as 'pontianaks' to the locals, crawled to the side of the road and began creeping towards a lamp post. Within split seconds, it swiftly moved towards him and all he could do was recite prayers to ward off the spirit. The 'pontianak' stared at him intently before disappearing into thin air. The memory of such a disturbing image, till this day, seems difficult to erase and has changed his philosophy on the existence of paranormal entities.

"I think it's a good idea to share my experience with fellow readers on this issue. Whether they choose to believe it or not, is of course up to them. However, this is not something you simply make up. It took me quite a while to try and forget this horrifying incident but I decided to instead use it as a lesson in life," he said before concluding his story.

THE UNINVITED

Legends of old have it that an individual who possesses a fragile spirit will most likely encounter supernatural entities and although no evidence of such a claim exists, some have unfortunately experienced it firsthand for reasons they cannot phantom. This story revolves around an American expatriate who was kind enough to share his ordeal before leaving the country for good.

David loved Brunei and considered it as his second home. He even planned to settle down with his then fiancé living in Kuala Belait and thus, frequently traveled back and forth to visit his better half. Working in a highly demanding field, which required every ounce of his expertise, commuting from the capital to the Belait District daily was painstaking and inconvenient but he longed to put a balance between his work and fiancé. Days and sometimes, even months at a time, the pressuring demands of his career began to take its toll on their relationship.

One fateful night, they got into a heated argument and his fiancé threatened to commit suicide. After several attempts to call her hand phone, which went unanswered, he grabbed his car keys and drove hastily to Kuala Belait. "Please answer the phone, please," David pleaded. He then began blaming himself should anything unforeseen happen to his fiancé and could not imagine life without her.

He then approached the one-lane road and focused on the dark, eerie highway, where no street lamps were erected. Suddenly, the radio reception started to deteriorate and David simply thought it was due to the location. A few minutes later, the car engine began to quiver and decelerate from 120 to 80km/h. "What in heaven's name could possibly go wrong now?" he exclaimed as it was a brand new car. "Do not break down here please, of all places!" David said while glancing around at the pitch-black darkness without a single soul in sight.

He pulled himself together and tried to dismiss all negative thoughts coming to mind. As he attempted to lean on the arm rest, David caught sight of what seemed to be a 'shadow', in the corner of his eye. Without thinking, he turned to confirm his worst fear and indeed, there was a weird 'figure' sitting beside him in the front passenger seat. The entity's long black strands of hair covered its face as 'she' repeatedly let out a blood-curling laugh. Shivers ran down his spine and a thousand thoughts raced through the businessman's mind. Given the fact that he is a free-thinker, no religion or prayers could save him then as he knew none. David thought of calling someone, practically anyone but his phone was in the middle of the dashboard. Terrified that the 'entity' would grab his hands, he continued driving, hoping, praying that a street lamp would appear with some visible 'signs' of life.

A few minutes on, David's instincts sent a warning jolt through his body. He could sense that the 'spirit' was staring at him and his heart raced with sheer trepidation. Straight ahead, visible strokes of light could be seen and he stepped on the gas pedals hoping to reach the area before something happened to him. That seemed to only make things worse.

With the streetlights, he could clearly see his 'uninvited passenger'. The events that followed would remain embossed in his memories forever. The 'spirit' extended its arms to grab his shoulders. He immediately stepped on the brakes and ran out of the car. David refused to turn around for fear that 'it' was nearby but decided to fight his fear after remembering his fiance.

"After I saw it was gone, I went back into my car and drove off like never before," David said. After reconciling with his fiance, he retold his frightful story and later discovered that the entity was in fact, a Pontianak. "This has altered my complete outlook in life and I now refuse to travel anywhere alone if it's 3 in the morning," he said while giggling but behind the laughter, the impact of that encounter could be visibly seen through his eyes.

NOTE: In Indonesian and Malayan folklore, the 'pontianak' are women who died during childbirth and became undead, seeking revenge and terrorizing the living. This is the first part of a series of ghostly tales from the Nation of Brunei...Lon

MUFON Witness Reports - Carlsbad, California - 4/6/2010 - 1st Report with Video:

In the evening of 4/6/10 at about 8:45 PM, I was in the kitchen of my home in Carlsbad chatting with my brother. I had just spent the entire day visiting Legoland with out of town relatives.

It was a very beautiful, warm day that day, so the night sky was very clear and we decided to draw the blinds open, and slide open the patio door to let some fresh night air in.

We were just enjoying our beautiful open view of Carlsbad from our backyard which faces Palomar Airport. It is quite commonplace to see planes landing and taking off, even at that time of night.

At about 8:45 PM, my brother and I were standing in front of the kitchen window, which also faces the backyard. My brother suddenly asks me if I've ever seen a UFO.

I thought it was a bit strange of him to ask because we were chatting about a whole different topic at the time. As he was asking me this, I saw him gazing out towards the kitchen window, and so I looked out the same way.

What I saw were 2 diamond-shaped objects very brightly lit, a very golden yellow color.

My first thought was they were 2 airplanes in a holding pattern waiting to land at Palomar Airport.

I initially dismissed my brother's sighting of the 2 objects as airplanes and I quickly looked away. However, I quickly looked back since he was still staring out there all this time, and I took an even closer look to see that the objects did NOT look like planes after all.

In fact, in addition to not really looking like airplanes, they were quite large in comparison to the real airplanes in the air at the same time. They were just suspended in air and not really moving anywhere at all. This I found very strange.

As my brother and I were coming to realize that we were actually looking at a UFO, the objects instantly disappeared from view!

Then, about 15-20 seconds after that, they reappeared again, but this time as 4 diamond-shaped objects with the same brilliant glow and golden yellow color. This time they were in formation, sort of like a parallelogram (slanted square formation).

By this time, I called out to my husband who was in our bedroom and also to my daughter who was in another room, to come outside to the backyard to view this strangely beautiful sight.

So all of us were standing outside my back lawn viewing this light show which was out of this world, nothing like any of us has ever seen. I felt a bit scared, very excited and in awe, all at the same time.

I did not want to keep my eyes away from the light formation in the sky, for fear it would disappear once again.

This UFO light show went on for about 2 minutes. The objects did not move anywhere, again they were merely suspended in the sky, glowing and staying in their slanted square formation.

I still don't even know exactly how far away they were from us. I believe one of the "diamond" shaped objects faded a bit and then appeared again brightly during this time frame.

At the end of the light show, the lights simply "turned off" and we no longer could see the objects. It was as if someone had just turned off the light switch. They had literally disappeared!

I captured only one picture shot of the 4 diamond-shaped objects on my IPhone camera, but not at a good close up view.

My brother however did capture about 30 seconds of it on video with his camera.

Unfortunately, it also was not a close up view.

I'm looking forward to another light show again soon! It sure would be nice to know what exactly we were looking at!

2nd Report

I arrived home from work at approximately 8:45 PM, and had started to change clothing and shoes when at approximately 8:50 PM, I heard my wife and her brother speaking quite loudly about what they were seeing in the sky. I quickly went into my backyard and clearly saw what they were talking about.

My home is located in Carlsbad, CA and our backyard has a clear, unrestricted view from southwest to northeast. I was startled at first, then settled down and basically enjoyed the view. Here is what I saw:

Initially there were 4 objects, very bright in the low sky. Judging the distance was difficult, but my assumption was that these objects were north/northwest in the direction of Camp Pendleton.

The objects were extremely bright, mostly "gold" or "bright amber" in color. The objects were stacked two over two and seemed to be in a pretty tight formation, but there definitely appeared to be some spacing between them.

The objects seemed to be moving very slowly or hardly at all - it may have been that they seemed to be moving only because of the brightness of the light.

After about two minutes, two of the four objects "disappeared" and the other two remained. The shape of each of the items seemed to be cone-like, or maybe to be more precise they were condensed versions of a "bell."

The remaining items stayed in place for a short time and then they also disappeared in a flash.

One of the things that I found striking was the fact that there was a good deal of air traffic at this time from the very nearby Palomar Airport. A number of small planes stayed in the air while I was observing these golden objects.

Rather than continuing to land as would normally be the case, it appeared that pilots were staying in the air.

In addition, I could see several helicopters also hovering. This is highly unusual, since Palomar is a very small airport and gets a minimum of takeoffs and landings.

My wife, brother-in-law, stepdaughter, and myself spent the next hour or so talking about what we had seen and to a large extent we all had pretty much the same reactions and observations.

At first I must admit I was somewhat scared, but overall that feeling subsided and turned to curiosity. I would have run inside the house to get a camera, but didn't want to miss a moment of this awesome sight.

I have always had a very, very skeptical view of the notion of UFOs and the people who report their existence, but after this experience I might be changed forever on the topic.

thesun - A mystery cameraman took footage of the military aircraft chasing the shiny orb.

The 30-second clip is believed to have been taken from a West Midlands service station car park.

Expert Nick Pope, who probed UFO sightings for the MoD, said: "This is one of the best videos I've seen. It could be a new drone - that might explain the military jets.

"But you don't normally test-fly secret projects in daylight. Alternatively, this could be the real thing - a UFO in our airspace and military aircraft scrambled to intercept, probably due to it being tracked on radar."

The MoD refused to comment on the alleged sighting, but confirmed it would scramble jets to meet an air threat.

West Midlands Police said: "We are not aware of any reports of unidentified aircraft near the M5."

NOTE: I've heard and read all sorts of scenarios on this video since it's presentation though, honestly, I still can't give a definite opinion. If it is CGI, then it was was well edited. But, a daylight event over a busy highway should have generated a bevy of reports...Lon
